As a Facilities Manager at Cornerstone Partners, Greta oversees the maintenance, compliance, and day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties. Her role involves working closely with contractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and ensuring our buildings run smoothly for our tenants.

Since joining the team, Greta has grown in both knowledge and confidence, thanks to the support and collaboration of the wider Cornerstone Partners FM team. Their expertise and guidance have helped Greta transition from Facilities Coordinator to Facilities Manager, allowing her to take on greater responsibilities, strengthen her problem-solving skills, and implement more effective compliance measures.

Greta recently obtained a Certificate of Registration, an Australian qualification in the real estate industry. While not required for her role, this qualification has helped her gain insight into key aspects of property transactions, including property sales, property laws, marketing, and property management. This has given her a more well-rounded view of the property sector and helps her better support the FM team, property managers, stakeholders, and tenants.
